Privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-16 · TalentVector, LLC
TalentVector, LLC (“we”) runs Future Path. This policy explains what we collect when you visit futurepath.fit or buy and use Future Path, and what we do with it. It covers information about the parent who buys and about the student who takes part.
What we collect
- Account and purchase details: name, email, billing details. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Kajabi, with Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Program information you choose to share: intake answers, assessment results, workbook entries, experiment scorecards, and notes from advisor sessions. This can include information about your student.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location from IP address, browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
- Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and button clicks without advertising cookies.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API tell Meta when someone who saw our ad visits, starts checkout or buys, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you.
- A first-party cookie (
fp_attr) remembers which ad or link brought you here, for up to 90 days, so a later purchase is credited to it. - You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and adjust ad settings in your Meta account.
AI tools
- Kit: you run the prompts in your own AI assistant account. What you paste in is handled by that provider under its own terms. The kit explains what to share and what to leave out.
- Path Advisor and Signature: we may process assessment results and workbook entries with third-party AI providers (TODO(list providers)) to prepare your reports. We use business or API settings that don’t train the provider’s models on your data where the provider offers that, and we share only what the analysis needs.
How we use information
- To deliver the program, run sessions and send program emails
- To process payments, refunds and guarantee requests
- To measure and improve our website, ads and program
- To answer questions and keep the service safe
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your student’s program information for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run Future Path (checkout and course delivery, email, hosting, analytics, scheduling, AI processing), under their confidentiality and security terms
- Your assigned Path Advisor or coach, who works under a confidentiality agreement
- Professionals who host an experiment or reality-check session: only what they need to set it up, and only with your consent
- When the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety
Students and minors
- Future Path is bought by a parent or by an adult student. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
- For students under 18, a parent or guardian provides consent for advisor sessions and any real-world experiments, and can ask to see or delete their student’s information.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep program information while you’re active and for up to 2 years afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. To access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of ad measurement, email TODO(support email). Depending on your state, you may have more rights. We’ll honor them, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, email customers. Questions: TODO(support email) · 616-232-6959 · TalentVector, LLC, 2170 Palm Dale Dr SW, Wyoming, MI 49519.
