Terms of service
Effective 2026-10-16 · TalentVector, LLC
These terms are an agreement between you and TalentVector, LLC (“we”), which runs Future Path. By buying or using Future Path you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund & guarantee policy.
What Future Path is
Future Path is an educational program for exploring possible career and study paths. It includes self-guided materials (the Kit) and, at higher levels, sessions with a Path Advisor, coaching, and help arranging real-world experiences.
What Future Path is not
- It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, licensed counseling, or psychological testing or diagnosis. Advisors and coaches are not acting as therapists. If a mental-health concern comes up, we will suggest you seek a qualified professional.
- It is not academic, admissions, legal or financial advice.
- We don’t guarantee any outcome, including a choice of major, admission, job, internship or income. Third-party assessments are tools for reflection, not verdicts.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older and in the United States to buy. A parent or guardian buys on behalf of a student under 18 and is responsible for that student’s participation.
Kit license
The Kit is licensed for use by one household: you may use it with every child in your household, now and in the future. You may not resell, share outside your household, or republish the materials. We keep all intellectual property rights in the materials. Your own entries and results belong to you.
Sessions, experiments and safeguarding
- Advisor and coaching sessions are held online by video unless agreed otherwise. Advisors work under a confidentiality agreement and our safeguarding guidelines.
- For students under 18: a parent or guardian consents to sessions and each real-world experience, may attend or ask for a summary, and is told the time, place and host of any in-person experience in advance.
- Job shadows, conversations and assignments are hosted by independent professionals and organizations. They are learning experiences, not employment. Any paid assignment is arranged only where it complies with applicable labor law, including rules for minors.
- Hosts are independent of us. We choose them with care but are not responsible for their premises, conduct or views.
Prices, payment and refunds
- Prices are shown before checkout. Founding prices apply to the stated number of families; after that the stated list price applies.
- Payments are processed by our checkout provider. Signature is paid in milestones as set out in your agreement.
- Refunds follow our refund & guarantee policy.
Rescheduling and conduct
Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. We may end a program, with a pro-rated refund for undelivered services, if a participant is abusive or puts others at risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Future Path is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you or your student make using the program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase. Contact: TODO(support email) · 616-232-6959 · TalentVector, LLC, 2170 Palm Dale Dr SW, Wyoming, MI 49519.
